Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the services of Swara's Smile Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and patients who access or use our dental services and website.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or website.
Our Services
Swara's Smile Studio provides comprehensive dental care services including:
- General dentistry and preventive care
- Cosmetic dentistry procedures
- Restorative dental treatments
- Orthodontic services
- Dental implants and oral surgery
- Emergency dental care
- Teeth whitening and aesthetic procedures
Appointment Policies
Scheduling
Appointments can be scheduled by phone, online, or in person. We recommend booking regular checkups at least 6 months in advance to ensure availability.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Arrival Time
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time for check-in. Late arrivals may result in shortened appointment time or rescheduling.
Payment Terms and Insurance
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and most dental insurance plans.

- Co-pays and deductibles are due at the time of service
- We offer flexible payment plans for extensive treatments
- Outstanding balances over 90 days may incur finance charges
Treatment and Consent
All treatments require informed consent. We will:
- Explain all proposed treatments and alternatives
- Discuss potential risks and complications
- Provide cost estimates before beginning treatment
- Obtain written consent for all procedures
- Respect your right to refuse or modify treatment plans
Emergency treatment may be provided without prior consent when immediate action is necessary to prevent harm.
Patient Responsibilities
As our patient, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete medical and dental history
- Inform us of any changes in your health status
- Follow pre and post-treatment instructions
- Maintain regular appointments as recommended
- Practice good oral hygiene between visits
- Treat our staff and facilities with respect
- Pay for services according to agreed terms
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our work and offer the following guarantees:
- 1-year warranty on most restorative work
- 6-month guarantee on routine cleanings and preventive care
- Lifetime support for dental implants (with proper maintenance)
- Complimentary adjustments within 30 days of treatment completion
Warranties are void if follow-up appointments are missed or home care instructions are not followed.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive for excellence in all treatments, dental procedures carry inherent risks. Our liability is limited to the cost of the treatment provided. We are not liable for:
- Complications arising from pre-existing conditions
- Patient non-compliance with treatment instructions
- Natural variations in healing and treatment outcomes
- Indirect or consequential damages
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
